Job Description:
As a Bartender at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of beverages with precision, creativity, and flair.

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Your duties will include:
- Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with Radisson Blu’s beverage standards and recipes.
- Providing attentive and personalized service to guests, engaging with them in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Demonstrating knowledge of beverage ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation techniques to create memorable cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, equipment, and glassware, in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitoring beverage inventory levels and promptly notifying supervisors of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Upselling and promoting specialty drinks, seasonal offerings, and beverage promotions to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines and assisting in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and colleagues.
- Collaborating with other hotel departments, such as food and beverage, events, and front office, to coordinate service delivery and meet guest needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting preferred.
- Proficiency in preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and coffee-based drinks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service and memorable experiences.
- Knowledge of beverage trends, mixology techniques, and industry best practices.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Bartending certification or relevant training is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
