Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of their healthcare needs.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication schedules.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform various clinical procedures, such as wound care, injections, and monitoring of vital signs, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Patient Education: Educate clients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to promote independence and well-being.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including medical histories, nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses, to provide holistic patient care.
- Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections in healthcare settings.
- Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and efficiently in emergencies, providing life-saving care and assistance as required.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and Qatar Care’s healthcare policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- Valid nursing license from the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or home care setting.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
