Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular analysis of production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to increase productivity and product quality.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure proper implementation of processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
