As a Part-time Waitress at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, you will become an essential part of our renowned dining establishments. You will have the opportunity to create memorable moments for our guests by providing exemplary service and ensuring their dining experiences are nothing short of exceptional.

Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities Includes:
- Guest Service: Welcome and seat guests, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of menu items and specials.
- Order Taking: Accurately record guest orders, ensuring any special requests and dietary requirements are communicated effectively to the kitchen.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests, following established service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all orders meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Guest Interaction: Be attentive to guests’ needs, answer questions, and provide recommendations for wine pairings or menu choices.
- Billing: Present bills, process payments, and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Table Maintenance: Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas throughout the service.
Requirements and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Waitress is preferred, but we welcome candidates who exhibit a strong work ethic and a commitment to learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Physical fitness, as the role may involve standing and walking for extended periods.
