Position Overview:
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Packing Helpers to join our team. Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing Operations: Assist in the packing of products according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before packaging.
- Labeling: Accurately label packages with the correct information, including product details and shipping instructions.
- Material Handling: Handle packaging materials efficiently and ensure that they are used properly to avoid waste.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of packaging supplies and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient packing operations.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area, ensuring that workspaces are tidy and free of hazards.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is a plus, but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Skills:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of packing and labeling procedures
