Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Packing Helpers to join our team. The Packing Helper will be responsible for assisting with the packaging and labeling of products in accordance with company standards and specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail and a willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment to contribute to the success of our organization.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the packaging and labeling of products according to company standards and specifications.
- Ensure that products are packaged accurately and securely to prevent damage during transportation and storage.
- Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications before packaging.
- Operate packaging equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and hygienic production environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as counting and recording stock levels.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the production team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging tasks.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Dubai.
