Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of servers, hosts, and support staff to provide exceptional service.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and maintain high service standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and excellence.
- Guest Experience:
- Ensure guests receive warm and personalized service, making their dining experience memorable.
- Address guest feedback and concerns promptly, striving to exceed expectations at all times.
- Monitor dining room ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including seating arrangements, reservations, and order taking.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Manage inventory levels, track supply usage, and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and beverage expenses, to achieve budget targets.
- Prepare financial reports, analyze sales data, and make informed decisions to drive profitability.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotions to maximize revenue while maintaining value for guests.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, taking necessary precautions to prevent risks.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean and safe environment for both guests and employees.
- Menu Development and Special Events:
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that cater to diverse guest preferences.
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and themed nights to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a reputable dining establishment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, cost control, and budget management.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
