Outdoor Salesman, Confidential is looking for a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Salesman to join our sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and door-to-door outreach. Build a pipeline of qualified leads in assigned territories.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations to showcase products and services to prospective clients. Clearly explain product benefits and demonstrate how they meet clients’ needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service. Understand clients’ business goals and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales deals effectively. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution and delivery of products or services.
  • Territory Management: Manage a designated sales territory, including planning routes and setting daily sales objectives. Track sales activities and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Customer Support: Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting progress and achievements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide feedback to management on market insights and opportunities for growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales team members, marketing, and product development to share insights and develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing sales deals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and work non-traditional hours as needed.
  • A results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets.
