Education & Qualification:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently, selecting products from the store inventory and packing them for delivery.
  • Using handheld devices or scanners to locate and scan items for picking and packing.
  • Ensuring that products are packed securely and according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.
  • Loading delivery vans and preparing them for dispatch, including organizing orders for efficient delivery routes.
  • Providing assistance and guidance to customers who have questions or issues with their orders, both in person and over the phone.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Following all health and safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and storage areas.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physical stamina to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy items.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology, including handheld devices and scanners.
