As a Pharmacist at Confidential, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services to our patients. Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense prescription medications by legal and professional requirements, ensuring patient safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Patient Counseling: Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, including information on dosage, potential side effects, and proper administration, fostering an understanding of their treatment plans.
- Medication Management: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to monitor and manage patients’ medication therapies, identifying and addressing potential drug interactions or adverse effects.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and participating in quality assurance programs.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Continuing Education: Stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements, new medications, and healthcare trends through continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Valid pharmacist license from the Oman Ministry of Health.
- Minimum of X years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, protocols, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on patient safety.
