Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in office areas, corridors, and common areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained, stored, and used in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor of any shortages or replenishment needs.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, and incidents in the workplace.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution.
- Adhere to infection control procedures and protocols to prevent the spread of germs and pathogens.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with staff, patients, and visitors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
