Job Responsibilities:
- Cleaning Duties: Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing, to maintain a clean and hygienic office environment.
- Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste, recycling materials, and other office-related trash in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Surface Sanitization: Regularly sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as desks, doorknobs, light switches, and communal areas.
- Stock Maintenance: Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor of any shortages or equipment issues.
- Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail to consistently meet the cleaning standards set by the company.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols, use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals, and report any safety concerns promptly.
- Client Interaction: Interact with clients professionally, respond to their cleaning requests, and maintain a positive working relationship.
Qualifications:
- Previous office cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Ability to understand and follow cleaning instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills, with a good command of English.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
