Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and personalized patient care.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and participate in the evaluation of patient outcomes.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on healthcare issues, treatment plans, and post-discharge care to promote wellness and prevent complications.
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, participate in training programs, and adhere to evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and promote a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license in Qatar.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
