Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Clinical Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and ongoing monitoring, to inform and adjust care plans.
- Treatment Administration: Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on healthcare practices, treatment plans, and post-discharge care to promote health and prevent complications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, care plans, and other relevant information.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory standards, policies, and procedures to ensure quality care and patient safety.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest medical advancements, technologies, and best practices through continuous education and training.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution. Valid nursing license in Oman.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Nurse, with a minimum of X years of relevant work experience. Experience in a specific healthcare setting or specialty is advantageous.
- Compassion: A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a commitment to providing high-quality services.
- Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation.
