Job Description:

Work Experience:

- Guest Service: Greet and assist guests with warmth and courtesy, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, providing accurate information and processing payments.
- Room Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms are impeccably maintained, meeting Dusit Qatar’s high standards for cleanliness and comfort.
- Hospitality: Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, from providing information about local attractions to arranging transportation or room service.
- Safety and Security: Monitor and ensure the safety and security of guests and property by following established protocols.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate tasks and provide updates on guest requests.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to create a harmonious work environment and deliver exceptional service as a team.
- Compliance: Adhere to Dusit Qatar’s policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
