As a member of the S-Ryhmä Kittilä hotel team, you will play an integral role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. - Front Desk Services: Welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle reservations, and address inquiries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Housekeeping: Maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including cleaning, making beds, restocking amenities, and conducting regular inspections.
- Food and Beverage Service: Support the hotel’s restaurant and bar operations by taking orders, serving meals, and providing attentive service to guests.
- Guest Services: Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns, exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
- Safety and Security: Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including emergency procedures, to ensure the well-being of guests and team members.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues in various departments to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and reports as required by hotel management.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Finnish or other languages is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
