Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Nanny to join our team at Confidential in Doha, Qatar. As a Nanny, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and support to families, nurturing the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of children in a safe and loving environment. Working closely with parents and household managers, you will create a structured and stimulating routine for children, fostering their growth, learning, and social development. The ideal candidate will possess patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children of all ages.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged children, in accordance with parents’ preferences and household routines.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational experiences to promote cognitive, social, and physical development.
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children, ensuring that play areas are clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children, following dietary guidelines and allergy considerations provided by parents.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care tasks as needed, maintaining respect for children’s privacy and dignity.
- Escort children to and from school, extracurricular activities, appointments, and outings, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Monitor children’s behavior, emotions, and interactions, providing positive reinforcement, guidance, and conflict resolution as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents about children’s activities, achievements, and any concerns or issues that arise.
- Collaborate with household staff, including housemaids and caregivers, to coordinate schedules, routines, and household tasks to support the overall well-being of the family.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with children, parents, and household members.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Nanny or childcare provider is preferred.
- Knowledge of child development principles, safety practices, and age-appropriate activities.
- CPR and first aid certification for infants and children is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs and schedules.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Respect for privacy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
