We are seeking a Nursing Aide to join our healthcare team in Singapore. As a Nursing Aide at Mindsg Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and support to our nursing staff. Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist nursing staff in the delivery of patient care, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance.
- Help patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.
- Document patient information, vital signs, and other relevant data accurately.
- Assist with the transportation of patients within the facility.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and communicate effectively with the nursing team.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Nursing Aide or Nursing Assistant.
- Previous experience as a Nursing Aide in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Compassion and empathy for patients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move patients as needed.
