Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences, and analyze competitors’ strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging and compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, social media posts, videos, and email newsletters.
- Manage and monitor the company’s social media platforms, including posting content, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain and update the customer database and utilize CRM tools to track and analyze customer interactions and campaign performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing activities, including ROI analysis, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and agencies to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Support the sales team by providing them with the necessary marketing tools, materials, and information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is a plus.
