Position Summary:
Ebusco is actively seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Manufacturing Operators. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of electric buses, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Production Tasks: Perform various tasks related to the manufacturing process of electric buses, including assembly, quality control, and installation of components.
- Machine Operation: Operate specialized machinery and equipment following safety protocols and quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and tests on components and buses to identify and report any defects or issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and ensure product quality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory; we provide training for all Manufacturing Operators.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Swedish is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to operate machinery and equipment.
- Must meet the requirements for obtaining a work visa and residence permit in Sweden.
