Position Overview:
As a Male Cleaner at Confidential, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients’ premises. Your duties will include a wide range of cleaning tasks, from routine maintenance to deep cleaning, ensuring that all areas are kept in pristine condition. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to follow established protocols, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing of floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all assigned areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained according to company standards.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Handle special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning, floor waxing, and high dusting.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazardous conditions to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as necessary.
- Provide courteous and professional service to clients, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and carpet cleaners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
