As a Machine Operator at Confidential, you will be an integral part of our operations, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various machinery critical to our processes. Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery including but not limited to drilling equipment, pumps, compressors, and generators.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on assigned machinery to ensure proper functioning and address any issues promptly.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to mitigate risks and maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of machine operations, maintenance activities, and relevant data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in machinery operation preferred.
- Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting various types of machinery and equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to machine operation.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to flexible schedules as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
