Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs, including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and digital assets.
- Develop design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to present to clients for feedback and approval.
- Use industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to execute design projects.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design materials and communications.
- Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to inform design decisions and approaches.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with printers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure quality production and timely delivery of printed materials.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns as needed.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design projects for future reference and revisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Creative flair and a strong eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
- Familiarity with printing processes and production techniques.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not required.
