Position Overview:
We are currently seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team as Loading/Unloading Helpers. In this role, you will play a vital role in the transportation process by assisting with the loading and unloading of goods and materials, ensuring that shipments are handled safely and efficiently.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, trailers, and other vehicles using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Lift and move heavy objects manually or with the use of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Ensure that all items are properly secured and stacked to prevent damage during transportation.
- Verify the accuracy of shipments by checking shipping documents and labels against the contents of trucks or containers.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate the movement of goods and materials within the warehouse or loading dock.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of packaging materials.
- Report any issues or concerns related to equipment, shipments, or safety to supervisors or management.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding the handling and transportation of goods.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Oman.
