As a Licensing Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with licensing-related inquiries, ensuring seamless access to our software solutions. - Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve licensing issues, working closely with the technical support team.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding licensing processes and updates.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of licensing-related interactions and resolutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to address client needs.
- Training: Educate clients on licensing procedures and best practices.
- Software Updates: Coordinate with clients on software updates and license renewals.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Swedish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is advantageous.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of software licensing concepts and basic technical troubleshooting.
