- Budget Management: Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including financial statements and management reports.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure financial stability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Extensive experience in a senior finance role within the aviation or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing finance team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office.
