Northvolt is actively seeking motivated individuals to join our workforce as Laborers. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations, contributing to the manufacturing of cutting-edge batteries that power electric vehicles and renewable energy storage solutions.

Work Experience:

- Assembly Support: Assist in the assembly of battery components and cells, following safety protocols and quality standards.
- Clean-Up: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of waste materials and keeping work areas tidy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to support production operations and meet project goals.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required; we provide training for all Laborers.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Swedish is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Must meet the requirements for obtaining a work visa and residence permit in Sweden.
