- Assist skilled workers and tradespeople in the completion of construction and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on job sites, ensuring a safe and hazard-free environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Support the team in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
