Position Overview:
As a Labourer at Confidential, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by performing a variety of manual labor tasks. This role requires physical strength, endurance, and a willingness to work in various weather conditions. You will work closely with our construction team to assist with tasks such as carrying materials, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:
- Material Handling: Assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are transported safely and efficiently to the worksite.
- Site Cleanup: Keep the worksite clean and organized by removing debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste materials in designated areas.
- Assistance to Tradespeople: Provide support to skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and electricians by carrying materials, holding tools, and performing other tasks as directed.
- Machine Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and equipment under the supervision of experienced operators, following safety protocols and procedures.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing duties on the construction site, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work practices.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the construction team, including supervisors, tradespeople, and fellow laborers, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to receive instructions, provide updates on work progress, and report any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
