Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manual Labor: Perform a variety of physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment.
- Construction Support: Assist in construction and maintenance projects by providing support to skilled tradespeople and following safety protocols.
- Site Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organized, disposing of waste and debris in a safe and efficient manner.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
- Assistance in Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading materials, supplies, or equipment, ensuring proper handling and distribution.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals, taking direction from supervisors and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to take on various tasks as required by the project or operational needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
