Les Mills Nordic AB Ltd is currently seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Sweden as a Kundtjänstmedarbetare (Customer Service Representative). As a Kundtjänstmedarbetare, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our fitness community. Work Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide updates on delivery status.
- Membership Assistance: Support customers with membership-related inquiries, cancellations, and renewals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Les Mills products, programs, and services to effectively assist customers.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Feedback Handling: Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Provide information on ongoing promotions, campaigns, and upcoming events.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other customer service team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Swedish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Fitness Enthusiast: Passion for fitness and a basic understanding of Les Mills programs is advantageous.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using customer service software, databases, and other digital tools.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Flexibility: Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
