Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking food items according to TGI Fridays’ recipes and quality standards, including grilling, frying, sautéing, and baking.
- Following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.
- Ensuring that food orders are prepared and plated correctly and delivered to guests in a timely manner.

- Collaborating with other kitchen team members and communicating effectively to ensure smooth operations and timely food service.
Qualifications:
