Job Description:
Tiger Group is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Audit Assistant in Sharjah. As a Junior Audit Assistant, you will work closely with our audit team to support the execution of internal audit procedures and ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.

Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting internal audit assignments in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Perform audit testing procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas of improvement.
- Review financial documents, records, and transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare workpapers and documentation to support audit findings and recommendations.
- Assist in drafting audit reports and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with audit team members to resolve issues and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in auditing or accounting is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
