Education & Qualification:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Support senior housekeeping staff in conducting thorough inspections of rooms to ensure they meet established cleanliness standards before guest arrival.
- Assist in replenishing guest amenities and supplies as needed to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally to provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the laundering and pressing of linens and uniforms to maintain a sufficient supply of clean and well-presented materials.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and fellow team members.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to address guest needs and maintain seamless operations.
- Participate in training programs and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in housekeeping operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards and procedures preferred.
- Singaporean citizenship or valid work authorization in Singapore.
