Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
- Assist with audits and regulatory compliance as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the finance manager or senior accountant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior accounting or finance experience is not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
