Education & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Medical Procedures:
- Assist medical professionals with diagnostic tests, treatments, and examinations.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Health Education:
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care measures.
- Provide guidance on managing medications and following post-treatment instructions.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting observations, interventions, and outcomes.
- Prepare reports and updates for physicians and healthcare teams.
- Infection Control and Safety:
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety measures to prevent the spread of infections.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and healthcare staff.
- Emergency Response:
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and alerting the appropriate medical professionals.
- Patient Communication:
- Communicate compassionately with patients, addressing their concerns and providing emotional support.
- Foster open communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Valid nursing license from the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP).
- Previous nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols.
- Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingualism (English and Arabic) is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
- This role involves working in healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, or medical facilities.
- Shift work may be required to provide round-the-clock patient care.
