Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Roles:
- Diagnose and treat medical conditions in accordance with established protocols and medical best practices.
- Perform medical procedures, surgeries, and interventions within your specialized field.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Participate in medical rounds, discussions, and case presentations.
- Non-Clinical Roles:
- Manage administrative and operational tasks within the healthcare facility.
- Provide patient support services, including appointment scheduling, reception, and customer service.
- Assist in medical billing, insurance claims, and financial counseling.
- Manage medical records, health information systems, and data entry.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant educational background and professional certifications based on the specific role.
- For clinical roles, valid Qatar Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
- Demonstrated expertise in the relevant specialty for clinical roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Commitment to patient safety, privacy, and ethical medical practices.
- For non-clinical roles, relevant experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or related fields.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
