As an English-Speaking Recruitment Specialist at RED, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with candidates, managing the recruitment process, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to job offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous recruitment or HR experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
