Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team at Anradus Pte Ltd in Malaysia. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, diagnosing and resolving IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This role requires individuals who are knowledgeable, customer-focused, and capable of delivering timely and effective IT support services.

Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide timely resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, networking equipment, and software applications.
- Set up and configure user accounts, permissions, and access rights according to company policies.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and security patches.
- Document and maintain records of IT support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Educate users on basic IT concepts, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and security.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT support.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving IT systems, processes, and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality IT support services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
