We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to join our team at IBIS Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology. As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations, and providing top-notch technical support to our staff and guests.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. Ensure the smooth operation of all IT equipment, including servers, computers, printers, and network devices.
- Technical Support: Provide prompt and efficient technical support to hotel staff and guests. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- System Security: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the hotel’s IT systems from unauthorized access, malware, and other threats. Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and regularly tested.
- Network Management: Manage the hotel’s wired and wireless networks to ensure reliable and high-speed internet connectivity for staff and guests. Monitor network performance and address any issues that arise.
- Software Management: Oversee the installation and updating of software applications used by the hotel. Ensure all software is properly licensed and up to date.
- IT Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Provide training to staff on IT policies and procedures.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for the procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and services. Evaluate and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the hotel.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology implementations, and process improvements. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on IT operations, system performance, and project status to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in IT management software and tools.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
