Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the interior design team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project success.
- Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization and space planning to material selection and project implementation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and design goals.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to clients for approval.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to integrate innovative and cutting-edge design solutions.
- Manage and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring the procurement of high-quality materials within budget constraints.
- Uphold and promote a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the design team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Interior Design Manager, with a portfolio of successful projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai is advantageous.
