Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems and components in various types of machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance services, including fluid changes, filter replacements, and system flushes.
- Troubleshoot and rectify issues with pumps, valves, motors, cylinders, and hydraulic hoses.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and address complex hydraulic problems.
- Fabricate and assemble hydraulic hoses, fittings, and tubing.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and repair timelines to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest hydraulic technologies and industry best practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any hydraulic concerns or questions with professionalism and expertise.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a hydraulic technology training program preferred.
- Proven experience as a hydraulic mechanic, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed repairs.
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment.
- Comfortable working in various industrial settings.
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching.
