Work Experience:

Education & Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:
- Transportation: Safely and efficiently operate hotel vehicles to transport guests to and from designated locations, including airports, hotels, and other destinations.
- Guest Service: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests, assisting with luggage and ensuring their comfort during the journey.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of hotel vehicles, including fueling, cleaning, and reporting any issues.
- Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with local routes, traffic regulations, and alternative routes to ensure timely and smooth transportation.
- Safety: Prioritize the safety of guests and adhere to all traffic laws and safety guidelines.
- Communication: Maintain effective and courteous communication with guests, colleagues, and hotel staff.
- Guest Assistance: Offer assistance to guests, including providing information about the local area and assisting with luggage as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance activities.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the concierge and front desk teams to coordinate transportation requests.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License: Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Experience: Previous experience as a professional driver or chauffeur is preferred.
- Professionalism: Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, including being courteous, friendly, and attentive to guest needs.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages may be advantageous.
