Job Description:

We are seeking a talented HR People Administrator to join our team in Malta. The HR People Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department by handling various administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle management and providing assistance to employees with HR-related inquiries. Work Experience:

1-2 years of experience in the relevant field

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Manage employee records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters, such as policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist with the coordination of training and development programs for employees.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Malta is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
