Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, fostering open communication, and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting and development plans.
- Talent Development: Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of healthcare professionals.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and compliance with healthcare industry regulations and employment laws.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the healthcare environment.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and employee needs.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with healthcare data protection regulations.
- HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports to support strategic decision-making and organizational development.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources roles within the healthcare industry.
- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and healthcare industry regulations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills, with an understanding of the unique dynamics of healthcare professionals.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
