- Train, motivate, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, placing orders as needed.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing work shifts for housekeeping staff.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning operations.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
