Responsibilities:
As a member of the housekeeping team at Rosewood Munich, your role is vital in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Room Cleaning: Cleaning and preparing guest rooms and suites to impeccable standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
- Linen and Supplies: Managing the inventory of linens, towels, and cleaning supplies to ensure rooms are well-stocked and ready for guest use.
- Quality Assurance: Inspecting rooms to ensure that cleanliness and presentation meet the hotel’s exacting standards.
- Guest Interaction: Providing friendly and attentive service to guests, promptly addressing their requests and concerns.
- Public Area Maintenance: Keeping public areas of the hotel, such as lobbies and corridors, clean and well-maintained.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
Qualifications:
- No prior housekeeping experience is required; we are open to candidates with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm to join our team.
- Must be eligible and willing to work in Germany with visa sponsorship provided by Rosewood Munich.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
