Responsibilities:
As a valued member of the housekeeping team at Marriott Leipzig, your primary responsibility is to ensure a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for our guests. Your duties may include:
- Room Cleaning: Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to meet our high cleanliness and presentation standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
- Inventory Management: Managing the inventory of linens, towels, and cleaning supplies to ensure rooms are well-stocked and ready for guest use.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting inspections to verify that cleanliness and presentation meet Marriott’s exacting standards.
- Guest Interaction: Providing friendly and efficient service to guests, addressing their requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Public Area Maintenance: Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas within the hotel, such as lobbies, corridors, and elevators.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with other housekeeping team members and hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Eligible and willing to work in Germany with visa sponsorship provided by Marriott International, Inc.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
