- Room Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
- Bathroom Care: Ensure that bathrooms are spotlessly clean, including cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces.
- Linen and Towel Management: Replace linens and towels as needed and ensure they are of the highest quality for guest use.
- Inventory Control: Maintain supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor for timely replenishment.
- Guest Services: Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests for additional amenities, room service, or special assistance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with colleagues in the housekeeping department and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and reports as required by the housekeeping manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
