Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our housekeeping team in Qatar. The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients’ premises, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree/ High School / Secondary
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Room Preparation: Prepare and clean rooms for guests or occupants, ensuring that all amenities and fixtures are in place and in good condition.
- Linen Management: Change and clean linens, including bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels, ensuring they meet hygiene standards.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors, replenishing toiletries and other supplies as needed.
- Waste Disposal: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to company guidelines and local regulations.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and report low stock levels to the supervisor for replenishment.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent service.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and efficient cleaning schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks to ensure cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor for resolution.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and cleaning techniques.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
